I had both knees embolized, now I have so much less pain. I can stand and walk and hike, like it was 10 years ago. Aside from my wife best decision I ever made.

I underwent three procedures one on my feet for plantar fasciitis one on my left knee for bone spurs and one on my right shoulder for bone spurs. I noticed improvement the minute I got off the gurney after the first procedure on my feet. I could feel my feet Not only cured my pleasure plantar fasciitis but it cured my neuropathy or at least my neuropathy is gone. My second procedure was in my left left knee and it took a couple days for the procedure to completely kick in and my third procedure was on my left shoulder, which is also for bone spurs that took a little longer for it to kick in. It took about 2 1/2 weeks in which time the pain actually got worse before it got better but after about 2 1/2 weeks, the pain went away and I’ve been pain-free ever since so I’m a staunch believer in this procedure. It’s a miraculous feeling to not have pain where I’ve gone through so much pain for years I think nothing but good thoughts for Dr D. And his staff there good. And I would recommend this procedure to anybody that’s having pain in there feet shoulders or knees.

Dr. Dabrowiecki listens, cares and educates to help you make an informed decision about the treatment you need. The entire staff at Advanced Vascular has been kind and attentive. After the GAE procedure I've been walking many miles daily without pain. I've been recommending them to many friends with knee issue who are not ready for a replacement.

Dr D Is an amazing doctor. I was ready to have a knee replacement, because the pain in my knee was unbearable. I had tried shots for a couple of years, but the pain continued and increased. It was excruciating.
Dr D explained to me an easy and out patient procedure that could be done on my knee and would take the pain away ( for some time) without the need for a surgical intervention.
He is knowledgeable, approachable, compassionate, and caring. Never rushed, and always responding with a smile on his face.
The nurses and secretaries are also very friendly, helpful and professional-I always feel welcome the moment I walk into the clinic.
I would like to express my gratitude to this wonderful and talented group of professionals who truly represent the excellence of medical care in Eugene.

Years of jogging finally took its toll, and I realized I may eventually need to opt for knee replacement. Having seen so many people struggle with recuperation for months after knee replacement, I was reluctant to make that choice. So, when I learned about genicular artery embolization (GAE), I felt that was a good option. The Dr. D and all the staff at Advanced Vascular Centers were awesome. Every step of the way I had a nurse right by my side. She was caring, knowledgeable, and explained things ahead of time. Dr. D was personable and put me completely at ease. The procedure itself was smooth and relatively easy. I walked in for the procedure and walked out without pain on the same day. My knee was so much better! Even climbing stairs is easier! Now I can't wait to have the other knee done.

Highly recommend Dr. Dabrowiecki (Dr. D) and the entire staff at Advanced Vascular. Scheduling, consultation, the outpatient procedure and post procedure follow up all conducted professionally and efficiently (not always a given with medical treatment these days). Especially appreciated the comprehensive pre op consultation with Dr. D. and very pleased with the results. He’s an excellent physician.
This is an excellent vascular surgery center, the staff was attentive, caring, friendly and do everything possible to make you comfortable and pain free. They go above and beyond compared to the average ambulatory surgery clinic, I'm 40 years old and was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis when I was 17 years old, I've had over a dozen surgeries so I'd like to think I'm a qualified judge of these things. I had a port-a-cath installed by them, this is my third such procedure and this was the best experience of the three port placements I've had. I'll definitely be returning to them for my next port replacement, or any other kind of vascular surgery I may need in the future.

Amazing nurses and doctors. Conveniently located. They did amazing work compared to some of the others that I had to deal with. They got me in and out quick.I was able to see them within a week. I had to wait months with another company in the area in order to see them. We're talking six plus months to wait to see they had me in and out in less than two weeks. It was so freaking fantastic. Highly recommend. Guaranteed me coming back.

My gratitude can not be described with words however this morning (the day after ) was the first time in years and I mean years that I have been able to stand from a sitting position without pushing myself up with my arms or take a first step without pain and fear of falling .
Dr Dabrowiecki who did the procedure was awesome and thanks goes to Dr Siedman who with a person I have never met named Tiffany made this happen.

Dr McGlade and staff were absolutely outstanding. Helped me diagnose and treat my complex and rare condition. Pelvic Congestion Syndrome. I’m a nurse, so I did my research on Dr. McGlade. He is well respected in the medical community and an absolute gem to work with. The staff was more than accommodating and reassuring. I can’t thank them enough for putting up with me. I couldn’t have asked for a better team and experience.
Very kind/caring staff, arrived close to 25 minutes before my appointment and was seen within 10 minutes.
