Dr. Alex Dabrowiecki (Dom-Bro-Viet-Ski) is a board-certified vascular and interventional radiologist, with extensive experience in advanced image-guided, minimally invasive procedures. He had the privilege to graduate from the esteemed Dotter Department of Interventional Radiology where the field was founded in the 1960s at Oregon Health & Sciences University in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Dabrowiecki’s clinical expertise encompasses a wide range of vascular and non-vascular procedures. He is particularly passionate about embolization procedures and the treatment of peripheral arterial disease. He is one of the few interventional radiologists nationally who performs the broad spectrum of cutting edge embolizations for joint and musculoskeletal pain.
His research has contributed to the advancement of interventional radiology, with several publications and presentations at national conferences. His work has been cited in the field and featured in professional media.
Dr. Dabrowiecki is an active member of the Society of Interventional Radiology and the Outpatient Endovascular and Interventional Society. He is committed to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care, and advancing the field through research, mentorship, and education.
Known more commonly as ‘Dr. D’, he enjoys fostering a strong relationship with his patients, and giving them opportunities to significantly improve their quality of life through non-surgical means.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and all sorts of outdoor activities. During the rainy Oregonian months, his indoor hobbies include cooking, video games, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
